For a wrong print, product defect, incorrect size sent by Cozyorca, or a lost shipment, contact us within 14 days. Include clear photos when the item has arrived and photos are relevant to the issue.

Personalization changes

If you notice an error in the information you submitted, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order can still be changed.
