Using the store
The Cozyorca storefront is intended for adult customers who can enter a purchase agreement. You agree to provide accurate contact, personalization, payment, and delivery information and to use the store only for lawful purposes.

Cozyorca sells personalized T-shirts and baby rompers for children ages 0–10. We work to present product colors, images, measurements, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately, but screens and photography can affect how colors appear. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an unavailable or fraudulent order.
Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods available at checkout. Discounts and free-shipping eligibility are calculated according to the offer terms shown at checkout.
Personalization
You are responsible for checking the spelling, capitalization, number, garment size, color, sleeve option, and other choices submitted with an order. Options vary by product, and a custom number is available only on designs that offer it. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change; we will confirm whether it can still be accommodated.

You must have the right to use any name, text, image, or other material you submit and must not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content. Cozyorca may refuse a customization request that does not meet these requirements.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
