What products does Cozyorca make?
Cozyorca creates personalized kids T-shirts and baby rompers for children ages 0–10. Both garment types are made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane.
Which details can I personalize?
Personalization varies by design. Enter the child’s name and, when offered on the product page, a custom number. Please check every entry carefully before checkout.
How do I choose a size?
Use our size guide and compare its measurements with a similar garment that already fits the child well. If the child is between sizes, consider the larger size for growing room.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are sent with USPS.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $5.99. Orders totaling $80 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping.
How long does shipping take?
USPS transit is estimated at 7–10 days after the order is handed to the carrier. Production time is separate from transit time.
What if Cozyorca made an error with my order?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery, or within 14 days of the expected delivery date for a missing parcel. If we confirm a wrong print, product defect, incorrect size sent by Cozyorca, or lost shipment, we will offer a replacement or refund.
