Where we ship
Cozyorca currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Orders are printed, packed, and shipped by Cozyorca Studio.
Shipping rates
Standard USPS shipping is $5.99 per order. Free standard shipping applies when the order subtotal is $80 or more after discounts.
Processing and transit
Production time and shipping time are separate. The 7–10-day estimate applies to USPS transit after the order has been handed to the carrier. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other conditions outside Cozyorca’s control.
Tracking
When available, tracking is added to the Shopify order and sent in the shipping notification. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address needs to be corrected, email hello@cozyorca.com immediately. We will confirm whether the change can still be made.
Lost shipments
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if a shipment appears lost. Once the loss is verified, Cozyorca will offer a replacement or refund.
