Cozyorca currently ships only within the United States. Orders are printed, packed, and shipped by Cozyorca Studio.
Shipping rates
Standard USPS shipping is a flat $5.99. Orders totaling $80 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping.
Transit time
USPS transit is estimated at 7–10 days after the order is handed to the carrier. Production time is separate and is not included in this transit estimate. Carrier delays can occur and estimated dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it is added to your Shopify order and included in the shipping notification. Use the tracking link to follow the parcel’s progress.
Delivery help
If a shipment appears lost, email hello@cozyorca.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. After the issue is verified, Cozyorca will offer a replacement or refund.
