“I bought this top for my daughter’s birthday. When it arrived, the poly bag was dirty and ripped, and since the shirt wasn’t wrapped in any protective layer, it ended up stained. I contacted the seller right away. I’m giving 2 stars because they responded quickly, but the reply lacked sincerity and they claimed it wasn’t related to their packaging. I explained that proper wrapping might have prevented the damage. The seller didn’t apologize, but they did send a replacement. Unfortunately, the second shirt arrived with a small black spot on the front. I could have reached out again, but after the first experience, I didn’t feel it was worth the hassle. I soaked the shirt in water with hydrogen peroxide and removed the stain myself, but I likely won’t be purchasing from this shop again.”
